Prop firm SpiceProp has rebranded its entire program lineup, replacing its distinctive product names with industry-standard labels such as Instant, 1 Step, 2 Step and 3 Step. The trading conditions for existing accounts remain unchanged.
SpiceProp has rebranded its prop trading programs, moving away from product names inspired by different types of peppers. The company said the change is intended to make its product structure easier to understand and simplify comparisons between the different ways traders can access simulated capital.
Under the new naming system, Jalapeño Lite has become Spice Instant, while Jalapeño 2.0 is now Spice Instant Pro. The one-step Chilli program has been renamed Spice 1 Step, the two-step Sweet program is now Spice 2 Step, and the premium Black program has become Spice 2 Step Pro. The three-step Cayenne program is now called Spice 3 Step.
As a result, traders can identify the basic structure of a program directly from its name. Instant refers to a model without a preliminary Evaluation, while 1 Step, 2 Step and 3 Step indicate the number of evaluation stages involved.
The rebranding does not change the underlying trading conditions. According to SpiceProp, existing account parameters, drawdown limits, static stop rules, profit targets and profit splits remain unchanged. The changes primarily affect product names and how the programs are presented in the trader dashboard. SpiceProp linked the move toward a standardized naming system to the expansion of its product lineup. According to the company, it processed more than €2.3 million in trader payouts over the past year while also increasing the number of funding models available.
By replacing its original product names with labels based on Instant funding and the number of evaluation stages, SpiceProp is bringing its lineup closer to terminology that has become widely used across the prop trading industry. For traders, the change makes initial comparisons easier: the basic Evaluation structure can now be identified directly from the program name without first having to determine what names such as Chilli, Sweet or Black represent.
